From $199 per single loading

What this service answers

Loading is the last moment anyone sees your goods before they arrive. Short shipments, swapped cartons, damaged packaging and a wet container are all decided in the two hours it takes to fill a box.

We attend the loading, count what goes in against the packing list, and photograph the container empty, half loaded and sealed — with the seal number recorded in the report.

What we check on site

The checklist is agreed before the visit. If your customer or your own QC team requires additional points, send them with the inquiry and they become part of the scope.

  1. 01Container number, condition, cleanliness and signs of moisture
  2. 02Carton count against the packing list and PO
  3. 03Carton marks, labels and mixed-SKU separation
  4. 04Loading sequence and stacking method, including weight distribution
  5. 05Damaged cartons identified before they are buried in the load
  6. 06Seal number recorded and photographed after closing
  7. 07Photos of the empty, half-loaded and sealed container

When to book this

Full container loads

One container, one loading day, one chance to get the count right. Supervision makes the count verifiable.

Mixed SKUs and assortments

When several products share a container, the packing list is the only map. We count against it, carton by carton.

Consolidated shipments from several factories

Multiple suppliers, one container: the loading is where one supplier's shortfall becomes everyone's problem.

High-value or fragile goods

Loading method decides whether goods arrive intact. Photographs of how the container was packed settle damage claims.

Pricing for a container loading inspection

Starting at $199 per single loading in the main manufacturing regions. The final fee depends on the factory location, the number of man-days and how much notice you can give — and it is fixed in the quote before any work starts.

No payment is taken on this site. You send a request, we quote, and payment opens only after you accept.

Questions about this service

Do you handle shipping documents, customs or freight?

No. We are not a freight forwarder or customs broker. We attend the loading and report on it; your forwarder keeps handling the booking and the paperwork.

Can you check the weight of the load?

We record gross weight where the site has a usable scale, and note the figure in the report. Verified weighing for customs purposes is a separate service provided by the forwarder or a weighbridge.

What if loading happens at night or on a weekend?

It can usually be arranged, with a surcharge included in the quote in advance. We confirm the loading slot with the factory before the visit.

What happens if there is a shortage at loading?

We count, photograph and report the gap while the container is still open, so you can decide whether to hold the shipment, ship short, or ask for a correction before the seal goes on.

Tell us what needs checking.

Send the factory address, the product and your timeline. You will get a written quote — no obligation, no payment until you accept it.
