China Factory Agent is an independent on-site service for buyers who have already chosen their Chinese supplier. You appoint the factory; we go there, check what matters, and send you the evidence in English.
The service is run by one person on the ground in China. The person who reads your inquiry is the person who walks the factory floor — there is no dispatch chain, no subcontracted inspector and no account manager in between.
We are not a sourcing agent, a trading company or a certification body. We do not sell products, we do not take commission from factories, and we are paid only by the buyer who commissions the visit.
How we work
Independence first
Every conflict of interest in this industry comes from being paid by the party being inspected. We are not. A report that pleases the factory is worth nothing to you.
Evidence over adjectives
A finding without a photograph is an opinion. Photos, counts, measurements and the checklist result are what make a report usable when you need to argue with a supplier.
Plain English, no theatre
Reports are written for buyers in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia, using your units and your spec. If something could not be verified, the report says so instead of filling the gap.
Fixed fees, agreed in advance
A quote is a fixed service fee for a defined scope. No percentage of the goods value, no surprise line items after the visit.
