What an inspection in China costs
Starting prices for a standard single visit, and the factors that move the final number. Every job is quoted in writing before it is booked, and the quote is the price.

What the fee includes
- Travel within the main manufacturing region quoted
- On-site time for the agreed scope, typically 3–8 hours
- Photos and video taken during the visit
- A written report in English with a verdict per checklist item
- One round of clarification questions after delivery
What is never in the fee
- The value of your goods — we never handle goods payments
- Freight, shipping documents, customs or duties
- Laboratory testing or certification by a third party
- Repairs, rework or storage at the factory
What changes the final quote
Factory location
A visit inside Guangdong or Zhejiang costs less than a trip to an inland province.
Man-days
A large site or a long checklist can take more than one day on the floor.
Product complexity
Electronics, machinery and multi-SKU orders need more checks and more time.
Notice
A visit booked weeks ahead is cheaper than one that requires rearranging a schedule.
Timing
Weekend, public holiday and night loadings carry a surcharge, quoted in advance.
Number of sites
Two factories on one trip is cheaper than two separate trips — but it is always quoted as a scope.

Pricing questions
Why is there no fixed price for every job?
Two inspections of the same product can cost different amounts depending on where the factory is, how many man-days the checklist needs and how much notice you give. A fixed website price would either overcharge small jobs or lose money on distant ones.
When exactly do I pay?
Only after you accept the quote. Accepting it creates an order, and payment of the service fee opens at that point. Nothing is charged when you submit an inquiry.
Are there extra charges after the visit?
No. The quote covers the scope it describes. The only additions are ones you ask for — another factory, an additional visit, a changed date inside 48 hours — and those are quoted before they happen.
Do you take a percentage of the goods value?
Never. Our fee is for the inspection service. The value of your goods is not part of our invoice, and we never receive or hold goods payments.
Can I get an invoice for my accounting?
Yes. The Stripe receipt is issued automatically, and a formal invoice can be provided on request with your company details.
