We visit the address on the contract, confirm the company is registered, look at the premises, machines and quality process, and tell you plainly whether it matches what the factory told you.

Is the batch I am about to pay for actually correct?
We inspect your production batch at the factory using an agreed sampling plan: dimensions, materials, function, labelling and packaging — with defects photographed, not described from memory.

For orders that run over weeks, we visit on an agreed schedule to confirm the line is running, check work in progress against your order quantity, and flag delays before they turn into missed vessel dates.

What is really going into the container?
We attend the loading, count cartons against the packing list, check carton condition and marks, confirm the container is clean and dry, and photograph the loading sequence so there is no argument later.
